Yes — when you reach out, you’ll speak directly with me, not an assistant or automated system. If you're looking in my service area, I may work with you as your REALTOR®. If you're in another part of Maine, I’ll connect you with a trusted agent aligned with your needs — but I remain involved in helping you start strong.
What happens if I need help in an area you don’t serve?
If you’re outside my direct service area, I’ll connect you with a vetted, experienced REALTOR® who knows your region well. I don’t just refer anyone — I only recommend agents I trust to treat you with the same care and expertise I would.
Do I pay anything for a referral or Clarity Session?
No. There’s no charge to you for the Clarity Session or for any referral I provide. If you choose to work with an agent I refer, I may receive a small portion of their commission as a referral fee — at no additional cost to you.
